Jan has been an active resident in the Centennial area for over 40 years. He is a community member who participates on several levels for local community causes. He has a BA in Business from St. Thomas. He and his wife Linda have children and grandchildren who have attended and successfully completed their education in the Centennial District. Jan retired in 2011 from Unisys where he had increasing roles of responsibility, including over 25 years in technical business and personnel management. He has been a CAEF Board member since March of 2003, and is currently president of the board and past chair of the Allocations/Grants Committee.
Chris and his wife, Jennifer, moved to Centerville in 2008. They have two sons at Centennial High School. Chris joined the Centennial Area Education Foundation in 2017 and has since joined three CAEF committees and taken on the role of Vice President in 2019. Chris is also very active in Circle/Lex Lions, Centerville Lions, Centerville Parks Committee, Fete de Lacs Board, Centennial Sports Boosters and Centennial School Board Director (elected 2016). Chris's extensive engagement and contributions are a direct demonstration of his love for Centennial and the community.
Angie joined the CAEF Board in 2018 and was elected to the CAEF Treasurer office in 2019. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from the College of St. Benedict. Angie is now retired, after spending eight years as a financial accountant for GMAC and 12 years as an independent financial accountant contractor. Angie also worked with the Rice Lake Elementary Parent/Teacher Organization for five years and assisted in supporting the 2018 District levy campaign. Angie and her husband, Nick, have two children who attend Centennial schools.
Beth is a professional who holds a BA from the University of St. Thomas in International Business and Spanish and an MBA from Concordia University. Beth is a Marketing Executive as well as an adjunct professor for Concordia University's MBA program. Beth moved into the Centennial School District in 2012. She and her husband Nick are the proud parents of three young children who attend school here. They are actively involved in the community with their children and have a passion for creating and fostering educational experiences for others that can enrich the community. Beth is also a member of the CAEF Marketing Committee.
Kelley has been involved with CAEF since 2010. She joined the Board in 2013 and assumed the Chair of the CAEF Marketing Communications Committee. She is a business professional who holds a BA in International Business Management from the University of St. Thomas and an MBA from Carlson School of Management in Marketing, Supply Chain & Operations. Kelley is currently a System Director of Quality & Safety Improvement at MHealth Fairview. Kelley grew up in the community, is a Centennial graduate and has been a resident of Lino Lakes since 1999. Kelley and her husband, Marc, have two daughters who also graduated from Centennial Schools.

Michele joined the CAEF Board and Centennial Alumni Committee in 2017. She became a teacher in the District in 2005 and currently teaches 4th grade at Centerville Elementary. She was named 2016-17 Employee of the Year for Centennial Public Schools, as well as being nominated as Minnesota Teacher of the Year. Michele is active in lobbying/campaigning both locally and at the state level, an enthusiastic participant of multiple strategic planning committees for Centennial, the treasurer for Centennial Dance Team Booster Club, and is a Professional Growth Facilitator among her colleagues. She is a proud Centennial graduate, and mother of two daughters who attend Centennial Schools, emulating Michele’s passion for serving our community.
Desireé (Larson) Phillips earned BAs in 2006 from the Saint Mary's University of Minnesota in Political Science, Global Studies and Spanish and played Division III volleyball. Desireé is currently a Human Resources Specialist and serves on the Policy Board at work. She attended Centennial Schools, graduating in 2002, and is an active alumna. In 2008 Desireé moved to the district where she lives with her husband, Luke, and two young children. They are passionate about supporting organizations like CAEF, which benefit the greater community.
Craig and his wife Mary lived in Circle Pines for 23 years prior to retiring to Forest Lake. Craig and Mary have two sons who attended and graduated from the Centennial School System. Craig was employed as an accountant for Land O’ Lakes for 40 years and now leverages his professional skills on the CAEF Board. He has also spent time volunteering as a member of the Circle-Lex Lions, and the Centennial Youth Baseball and Basketball programs.

Lisa and her husband Steve have lived in the Centennial District since 1997. They have two children, one a CHS alum and one a current CHS student. Lisa’s background is in Market Research for a global consumer foods manufacturer. The past several years have seen her focused on supporting education with six years of leadership on local PTA boards, four years on the Board of Directors of the Minnesota PTA, nine years as a substitute in the Centennial District, and currently supporting CAEF as the Office Manager.
